We believe we are one of a very few number of computer repair companies that provide facilities to repair your laptop no matter what the problem. We have access to facilities to fix nearly 99.9% of laptops, see below for some of the repairs available.

We operate on a Can't Fix, No Fee basis, which essentially means that if we cannot repair your laptop OR provide a suitable solution, we won't charge you.*
*Please note that due to the time taken to diagnose a problem with a laptop we charge a £40.00 diagnosis fee which is payable upfront, but this is removed from your total bill if you decide to proceed with repairs. If we recommend a repair and we are unsuccessful then we will not charge for any work carried out apart from our original £40.00 diagnosis fee.
Please note for computers brought to us for repairs:
Laptops: please remember to bring the laptop's mains cable.
Software: depending on the repair, please bring any software that you use, and your Windows or Factory Restore CD if you have them.
