What is this? Well put simply, it means that we are able to diagnose and normally repair a software based problem (as long as you've a good working broadband connection) without actually being physically with you - we see your screen on ours as if we were though.*
The system we use is perfectly safe and secure, and you are always in 100% control, click the 'disconnect' button and we are immediately disconnected from you.
