We are able to repair pretty much any software based problem be it on a Mac or Windows based system.

We can perform most repairs onsite (or via remote access if you have a working broadband connection), but some problems require more in-depth work which is best performed at our workshop. If we find a problem that can't be easily or conveniently fixed onsite and you don't want us to take your computer or laptop away, the callout is fully chargeable.

We operate on a Can't-Fix, No Fee basis, which essentially means that if we cannot repair your computer OR provide a suitable solution, we won't charge you.**

Please note for computers brought to us for repairs:
Laptops: please remember to bring the laptop's mains cable. Desktops: mains lead not normally required.
Software: depending on the repair, please bring any software that you use, and your Windows or Factory Restore CD if you have them.
